Before Your Appointment

Appointment Confirmation:
Please confirm your appointment in advance to ensure both parties are prepared for the cleaning service. If you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of illness or has been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for an infectious disease, such as COVID-19, please notify us immediately to reschedule your appointment.

PPE Requirements:
Our team will wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, gloves, and safety gear, to protect both your space and our crew during the cleaning process. We kindly request that you also wear a mask, if possible, for your safety.

Site Preparation:
Before our team arrives, please ensure that any large debris or construction materials that are no longer needed are cleared from the site. This will help our team focus on detailed cleaning and ensure a more efficient process.

Security Measures:
We understand the importance of keeping your project site secure. Our team members are carefully screened, trained, and adhere to high standards of professionalism to protect your property and privacy during the cleaning appointment.

During Your Appointment

Social Distancing:
To maintain social distancing, we kindly ask that you and other personnel limit your presence in the areas being cleaned. If possible, please stay in a separate room or outdoor space while the cleaning process takes place.

Cleaning Protocols:
Our team follows strict cleaning protocols designed specifically for post-construction and builders' cleaning. We use approved, eco-friendly cleaning products and pay special attention to high-touch surfaces such as windows, countertops, and light fixtures, as well as areas with dust or construction residue.

Our team will communicate with you throughout the cleaning process to provide updates or address any specific concerns. Please feel free to communicate any unique requirements, and we’ll ensure to accommodate your needs.

Safety Precautions:
As we work in a construction environment, we take extra safety precautions. Please be aware that our team will be using ladders, cleaning tools, and industrial-grade equipment. We ask that you maintain a safe distance during the cleaning process to avoid accidents.

Final Inspection & Feedback:
We encourage you to inspect the cleaned areas once the job is completed. If you have any concerns or if anything requires further attention, please let us know immediately, and we will address it promptly.
